ACC COUNCIL ELECTIONS

I find it interesting with the difference in the campaign so far between the 4 Mayoral Candidates. I contacted the ACC to get email address for the 4 Mayoral Candidates & one didn't have an email address. I find this very strange in the year 2007. There is already quite a challenging going on Between Connor & Harbison. Harbo has been in trouble with the ACC re his bikes over the city as it is not time yet for campaign poster yet. I have seen several posters saying "Arnie for Mayor" & several other candidates poster through out the Market. Is it only Harbo who gets his fingers slapped??
