Banner Holders for Light poles

The banner Poles are usually on the light/traffic poles at intersections & along the roads, the big modern poles that curve out. (I have a picture of a pole but I don't know how to attach it to this message) Most of the lighting/traffic poles in the City South are the old fashioned cement & steel Stobie Poles. It is like a different world of the past in the SW Corner! The ACC would have to make a new Banner pole fitting to use with these poles. South Tce has lots of these poles that Banners would fit on. ACC more than likely think the whole issue is too hard for them to address especially with the elections in the near future.
