Up-lighting trees in Whitmore Square

This is more in the style of a test..............there would be numerous advantages in lighting the square, least being it might be less attractive for those who seek somewhere to sleep. Light or lighting is a major deterrent to some forms of crime...........public saftey is critical to our way of living, no area of our city precient should be an area where someone is afraid to be, lighting might helped dispell some fears..............i guess there would be issues of power use..........but solar lighting might be of use..

I think that some sort of Solar coloured lighting would be great in Whitmore Square for safety & just because it would look nice. Trees don't need to be lite in the old fashioned way anymore (fire).......
